Delivery and returns

 

Postage and packaging is £3.00.  All packaging where possible is re-used.   Free for orders over £60.     LAST ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS 25  WEDNESDAY 17TH DECEMBER.  THANKS.

How long will it take?

If in stock on the website, your order will be sent the next working day, Royal Mail 2nd class, so 2-3 days to delivery.  If not/it's a made to order item, please email me for delivery estimate – I might have one made.

Returns

A full refund can be made for items returned within 15 working days - both item and box, if any, must be returned as received, in resalable condition. Please note that I cannot accept return of personalised/custom made items. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs (unless of course the goods are faulty), and please get proof of return postage. Thank you.
